Q. “Is there any cost to me?”

No. Our fees are generated through billing
our clients for our services. At no time
will a Total Staffing Solutions consultant
ask you for a fee, and it doesn’t
cost anything to register your resume
with us.
Q.
“What happens if the client wants
to hire me full time?”
A.
We would consider this a very high compliment
that our client is so impressed with our
consultant to offer you full time employment.
If a permanent position is what you want
we will make sure this happens for you.
If this situation arises please contact
your Total Staffing Solutions recruiter
and we will work with the client to make
this happen.
Q.
“How do I get paid?”
A.
Although you will be working at our client’s
location and be managed by someone in
that company, Total Staffing Solutions
will pay your hourly wage. This is a service
to both you as a consultant and to our
client. We handle all of the payroll,
and by doing so, are able to give you
a pay cheque once a week.
